There have been a lot of questions about my weight loss and health. I have been focusing on my health and the most important part is my diet. The carnivore diet has reduced my weight by 35lbs, My blood pressure was high and sugar levels were pre-diabetic and both are now low normal. (Doctor said high blood pressure and high sugar levels were normal at my age?? I said no its not. You can literally reverse high blood pressure and dramatically improve diabetes by removing sugar and carbohydrates from your diet. There are so many health benefits to the carnivore diet that I cannot even begin the address them in this paragraph. The hardest part to this new lifestyle is eating nothing but animal products with no good recipes. Removing sugar is also a very tough thing to do. Everyone is addicted to sugar and carbohydrates and will fight tooth and nail to keep them in the diet claiming they need them for the nutrients and energy. I am past that and want to help. I have spent months developing recipes and ways to eat meat and other animal products in a way that I enjoy and look forward to. This has changed my life.
